摘要
清代,天津由于是产盐之地,其城内居民购买食盐的方式与他处有所不同,主要有菜盐、牌盐、引盐三种,且变化调整较多,不同时期,互有差异。影响天津城内居民购买食盐方式的因素主要有地方特点、政府决策、食盐相关主体的利益调节等三方面。
In the Qing Dynasty , Tianjin was the producing areas of salt , so the way the city residents bought salt was different from other places. They preserved vegetables with salt which was much cheaper, and bought licensed or franchised salt which was more expensive. The major factors which influence the residents way of buying salt are local characteristics, government policy , and the related interests.
