Yan Qingxiang is the famous Entrepreneur in machinery manufacturing in modern China. His economic theory is the valuable heritage for the development of heavy industry. This paper discussed his theory from the following three aspects, economic nationalism, joint management strategy of steel and cotton, management of Enterprise.
