摘要 目的建立中草药草豆蔻的质量控制标准。方法测定不同厂家10个批次草豆蔻的水分、总灰分、热浸法水溶出物、70%乙醇浸出物及有效成分山姜素和挥发油的含量,在此基础上建立各指标的质量控制标准。结果测得了草豆蔻各指标含量平均值,其中水分为12.43%,总灰分为4.10%,热浸法水溶出物为2.60%,70%乙醇浸出物为2.47%,山姜素为0.23%,挥发油为1.38%。结论建议草豆蔻的质量标准暂定为:水分含量10.00%-15.00%,总灰分含量不得〉4.90%,热浸法水溶出物含量不得〈2.10%,70%乙醇浸出物含量不得〈2.20%,山姜素含量不得〈0.19%,挥发油含量不得〈1.25%。 Objective To build up quality standards for medicinal semen alpiniae katsumadai. Methods The contents of moisture, total ash, water-soluble extracts , 70% alcohol-soluble extracts, alpinetin, volatile oil of 10 batches of medicinal semen alpiniae katsumadai from different areas were determined. On the basis of these examinations, the quality standards were build up. Results The average values of the indices of the semen alpiniae katsumadai were: moisture 12.43%, total ashes 4. 10%, water-soluble extracts in hot water 2.60%, 70% alcohol-soluble extractive 2.47%, alpinetin 0.23%, volatile oil 1.38%, respectively. Conclusion It is suggested that the quality standards of medicinal semen alpiniae katsumadai could be tentatively arranged as follows: moisture 10.00% - 15.00%, total ashes not more than 4.90%, water- soluble extracts in hot water not less than 2.10% , 70% alcohol-soluble extractive not less than 2.20%, alpinetin not less than 0.19%, volatile oil not less than 1.25%.
