摘要
多元化进入时机与目标行业选择是目前国内企业选择多元化道路中的核心问题。通过能力和市场两维度,对企业多元化战略重新分类,研究了不同的多元化战略与行业生命周期的关联性、企业多元化进入时机与行业识别和评估的步骤与方法。研究表明,核心能力和市场是表征企业多元化经营的要素,通过由内到外、由外到内两种战略的组合,可以分别用四种方法对企业多元化目标行业进行识别与选择。
The entry opportunity and target industry selection are the core problems for corporation diversification. This paper reclassifies diversification strategy through ability and market, discusses the relation between the corporate strategies and business life cycle, and then describes the process of the systematic iden- tification and assessment of diversification opportunities and industry. Through the study, we know that the core competence and market are the most importance factors for corporation diversification, and we can use four different search methods for identification of diversification industry with competence and market-driven search strategies.
