摘要
组织文化是企业意识形态的反应,其包含的价值观和信仰会影响组织中各个战略业务单元的工作氛围和决策方式。分析了三种组织文化(官僚型、创新型、支撑型)的不同特征,及其对组织战略选择、组织间竞争合作程度的影响。
Organizational culture is the ideological response of firms. The values and beliefs it contains can affect the work atmosphere and decision-making style of SUBs within a firm. This paper analyses the different characteristics of three types of organizational culture (bureaucracy, innovative, supportive) and their ef- fects on strategy choices and coo petition degree with other firms. This paper enriches the research among organizational strategy choices and inter-firm relationships and gives guidance for better designing strategy and managing inter-firm relationships
