原位生物降解柴油污染土壤的毛细管模型

摘要 为了解原位生物降解柴油污染土壤中的污染物浓度分布及降解规律,采用污染土壤的原位生物修复技术,结合气液两相流动理论模型及生化反应动力学,建立了反映原位生物降解柴油污染土壤的生化降解的理论模型。结果表明:柴油含量沿液膜厚度增加的方向降低,随着液膜厚度的增加,柴油含量逐渐减少。底物浓度过低不利于微生物降解,柴油初始浓度在一定范围内仅对降解后期的效率产生较大影响。 A theoretical model was built to understand the concentration distributions and degradation rules of the pollutants during in suit biodegrading diesel oil in polluting soil. Combined with gas-liquid flowing theoretical model and biochemical reaction kinetics, in suit bio-repair technology was applied to construct the theoretical model of the biochemical degradation. The results show that diesel oil content reduces along increasing direction of liquid film thickness. Too low substrate concentration is disadvantage for microbial degradation. In certain extent, initial concentration of diesel oil only strongly effects on the efficiency of late degradation stage.
