影响血凝抑制试验因素的研究进展

Research Progress on Influencing Factors of Hemagglutination Inhibition Test

血凝抑制试验(HI)在畜牧业生产中应用非常广泛,但是影响其试验结果的因素较多。对红细胞、抗原、血清、稀释液、温度、作用时间及判定时间、试验器材、试验方法、判定方法和操作等因素对HI试验的影响进行了概述,以期能对生产应用提供参考。

Hemagglutination inhibition test, used generally in animal husbandry practice, are effected by many factors. This paper mainly discussed the influencing factors such as erythrocyte, antigen, serum, dilution, temperature, time, test equipments, test methods, assessment methods and operation in order to provide reference for clinical application.
