运用氯丁砂浆和丙乳砂浆处理隧洞混凝土缺陷

摘要 盘道岭隧洞是引大入秦灌溉工程总干渠上最长的无压引水隧洞。其底板衬砌混凝土产生了部分纵向裂缝,在使用普硅水泥地段由于侵蚀性地下水的作用,产生了腐蚀破坏。设计分别采用喷涂氯丁水泥砂浆、现浇加厚钢筋混凝土及涂抹丙乳水泥砂浆防腐蚀的加固处理措施。实践证明,这种措施使新老混凝土能够粘结密实,形成整体结构,抗腐蚀能力增强,提高了结构体系的整体强度,达到了预想目的。 The Pandaoling tunnel is the longest non pressure diversion tunnel in the general trunk canal of Yindaruqin Irrigation Project. Some longitudinal cracks occur in the lined concrete of the bottom slab of the tunnel. In the sections where the normal Portland cement is used, the corrosion damage occurs because of the action of aggressive underground water. The reinforcement treatment measures of spraying chloroprene cement mortar, cast in site thickened reinforced concrete and daubing up acrylamide cement mortar have been used separately in the design. The practice shows that this measure could make the new and old concrete bond closely and form the integral structure which has high anti corrosive capacity, so that it increases the integral strength of the structural system and reaches the expected results.
