摘要
减速器是许多机械设备传动机构的重要部件之一,其性能的好坏与用户的经济效益及社会效益有着密切的关系。通过对减速器效率、温升测试的加载试验,对开放功率流式试验、封闭式试验原理及温升、效率测试计算进行了分析,目的是为减速器产品的生产制造和质量提供有效依据。
Reduction gear is one of important machinery equipment in transmission organ, whose ftmction goodness and badness have close relation to consumer＇s economic effect and social benefits. After the loading test of reduction gear efficiency and the temperature rises, the opening power flow test,the theory of close type test and the temperature rises,efflciency test are also analysised. It is very meaningful that it can provide the reason of manufacturing and quality for reduction gear.
