摘要 三门峡枢纽建成后,库区泥沙淤积十分严重,经过2次改建,工程的泄流规模增大,315m高程泄量近10000m3/s,水库运行方式改为蓄清排浑运用。恢复了10亿m3的槽库容,潼关高程升降变化稳定,基本控制住了泥沙淤积的上延。由于枢纽上下游兴建了大型水利枢纽,改变了三门峡水库的入库水沙条件和运行条件,库区泥沙冲淤变化出现新问题,有必要进一步改善水库运行调度,适当调整非汛期和汛期的运用水位,缓解库区泥沙冲淤变化的不利影响,控制潼关高程继续上升,提高枢纽的综合利用效益。 Since completion of Sanmenxia Hydroproject,a very serious problem of the sediment accumulation has been occurred in the reservoir area.After reconstruction works has been twice,the discharge capacity of this project has been increased to about 10000m 3/s at El.315m,and the operation mode of clear water impounding and muddy flour releasing is adopted.The reservoir storage capacity about 1000×10 6m 3 has been restored and the variation of the river elevation extending to Tongguan is stabilized.Thus the upstream ward extension of sedimentation has been basically controlled.After construction of the large scale hydraulic key projects at both the upstream and downstream of the Sanmenxia Hydroproject on the Yellow River,water and sediment inflow condition as well as the reservior operation conditions has been changed tremendouy and at the same time,the new problem on the sediment scourring and silting of the reservoir area was occurred.It is necessery to further improve the reservoir operation and dispatching,to adjast the reservoir operation water levels at both the nonflood period and flood season,to reduce the adverse effect on varition of the sediment scourring and silting at the reservoir area,to control the reservior elevation rise at Tongguan stretch of the Yellow River,and to increase the comprehensive utilization benefits of the hydroproject.
