摘要 黄河是世界上罕见的多泥沙河流,原建三门峡水利枢纽工程蓄水后泥沙淤积极为严重,致使枢纽建成后不得不进行2次改建。改建后水库基本上实现了315m高程时,下泄流量10000m3/s的规模,基本达到年内泥沙冲淤平衡,潼关高程得到了控制,大大解脱了泥沙淤积上延对渭河造成的严重威胁。枢纽在防洪、防凌、灌溉、发电、供水等综合利用方面也发挥了显著的效益。实践表明,改建原则是正确的,改建工程是成功的。 The Yellow River is a rare sediment laden river in the world,since the water storge was completed in the original,hydroproject of Sanmenxia,the sediment deposition had became a critical problem and leaded to twice reconstructions had to be done.After having rebuilt,the condition for discharge 10000 m 3/s has come into being,when the water leved is up to 315 m elevation.At present,the hydroproject has basically adapted the balance of silting and desilting.The silting elevation at Tongguan has been controlled,so the serious threat on Wei River has been relaxed largely if the silting extended to up stream.Meanwhile,the key project plays obvious effects in the comprehensive utilization,such as flood protection,ice prevention,irrigation,generation,water supply,etc.It has been proved that the principles of reconstruction is correct and the reconstruction project is successful.
