摘要
介绍了基于CAD/CAE的一体化软件CATIA建立零件模型、装配模型和虚拟样机模型的方法,并对某小型清扫车驻车制动进行建模、虚拟装配,在数字化样机中对初始的驻车制动机构进行干涉分析和运动仿真,进行参数优化设计,实现了产品的制动效果模拟功能,验证了该设计的可行性和实用性。
Based on CAD / CAE integrated software CATIA, we have an exploration about modeling, virtual assembly and virtual prototype, and establish the process of modeling, virtual assembly in the case of the parking brake system of a sweeper truck. In the digital prototype, we establish the moving simulation, interference analysis and parameter optimization design in the case of the initial parking brake system. Moreover we realize the function of modeling the braking effect of the product, and verify the feasibility and practicality of the design.
