研究了地理信息系统ＧＩＳ（ＧｅｏｇｒａｐｈｉｃＩｎｆｏｒｍａｔｉｏｎＳｙｓｔｅｍ）与管理信息系统ＭＩＳ（ＭａｎａｇｅｍｅｎｔＩｎｆｏｒｍａｔｉｏｎＳｙｓｔｅｍ）的结合方式，分析了各基本ＭＩＳ与ＧＩＳ中相关数据的结合使用。

This paper studies the method how to combine GIS(geographic information system) with MIS (management information system),analyses how to combine related data in basic MIS and GIS.Finally,this paper puts forward several principles in which must be payed attention in designing GIS.
