摘要
目的探讨盐酸甲氯芬酯联合穴位埋线对血管性痴呆(VD)大鼠Bcl-2的影响。方法采用改良Pulsinelli’s四血管阻断法建立血管性痴呆大鼠模型;给予盐酸甲氯芬酯联合穴位埋线治疗后,用免疫组化观测海马Bcl-2表达的变化。结果各治疗组Bcl-2在海马表达均高于模型组,其中联合组表达高于埋线组、氯酯醒组。结论盐酸甲氯芬酯联合穴位埋线与其他治疗组比,能有效上调Bcl-2表达水平,抑制神经细胞凋亡。
Objective To investigate the effect of centrophenoxine combined with point thread embedding on the expression of Bcl-2 in the vascular dementia (VD) model rats. Methods The VD animal model was established in rats by employing improved method of Pulsinelli's four-vessel occlusion. Then the expression changes of Bel-2 in the hippocampus were investigated by using immunohisto- chemistry after the model rats were treated with centrophenoxine and point thread embedding. Results There was expression of Bel-2 expression in hippocampus, which were significantly higher than that in control group, especially in group of centrophenoxine, combined with point thread embedding. Con- clusion The level of Bel-2 expression in the medicine treatment group with centrophenoxine and point thread embedding improved significantly than in other medicine treatment groups, and decreased the apoptosis of the nerve cell.
