基于LabVIEW的磨损实验测控系统设计与实现

摘要 基于LabVIEW设计实现了油管接箍磨损磨耗实验测控系统。首先对测控硬件系统进行设计;然后根据功能要求设计运行主VI程序和实验参数设置、实验系统运行、工艺报表等子VI程序,并成功实现了各子VI之间的参数传递、正向压力和摩擦力及温度数据的采集与处理、实验介质温度控制、程序故障停止后恢复运行、报表生成等功能;最后,通过调试使该磨损磨耗实验测控系统的各项功能达到预定要求,且实际实验运行效果较好。 A measurement and control system for the friction experiment platform of oil-pipe and coupling is de- signed and accomplished based on LabVIEW. First, the hardware part including pressure sensor, temperature sensor is designed. And then, the main program and subprogram, such as experiment parameter setup, experi- ment running, and process reporting are designed. The function of parameters passing, the sampling and pro- cessing of the forward pressure, frication force and temperature, the control of medium temperature, recover run- ning after fault and report generating are realized. Finally, every function of the experimental platform can meet the requirement through many times debugging, and the effectiveness of measurement and control running well.
