基于生态安全的城市生态功能区规划研究——以杭州西北部生态带为例

URBAN ECOLOGICAL ZONE BASED ON ECOLOG ICAL SECUR ITY:A CASE STUDY OF ECOLOGICAL BELT IN NORTHWEST HANGZHOU

以城市生态带为样本,探讨基于生态安全的城市生态功能区的规划方法。指出生态承载力的保护和用地增长界线的划定是城市生态功能区规划的重要内容,并对城市生态安全目标的实现具有重要意义。以杭州市西北部生态带为例,设计基于生态承载力平衡的城市生态带规划的技术路线和人口规模计算模型,通过生态承载力的定量测度和生态敏感性分析,重点从人口规模、用地格局以及控制导则等方面探讨城市生态带规划的具体方法与内容。

With urban ecological belt as an example, this paper discusses the planning methods of urban ecological zone based on ecological security. It points out that protection of ecological capacity and border- line of urban extension are important contents of ur- ban ecological zone planning and significant for real- izing the target of urban ecological security. With eco- logical belt in northwest Hangzhou as an example, this paper develops the technical route and popula- tion model of ecological belt planning based on bal- ance of ecological capacity. By quantitive evaluation of ecological capacity and ecological sensitivity analysis, it analyzes the methods and contents of ecological belt planning from the aspects of population, land and control guideline and so on.
