Review on the research into the relationship between tutors and postgraduates in the internal high education institutions

随着高校大众化步伐加快,高校研究生培养质量问题逐渐受到学者的关注,而导师与研究生关系是影响研究生培养质量的重要因素。梳理国内有关导师与研究生关系的相关研究,探寻有关此问题研究的概况,或可从中得到启示。

With the quick popularization of high education institutions, the training quality problem of postgraduates is increasingly drawing scholars＇ attention. The relation between tutors and postgraduates is an important factor influencing the training quality. By summarizing the relative research of the relationship between tutors and postgraduates, we can obtain enlightenmen＇ form it.
