石蒜碱及其衍生物的药理作用研究概况 被引量:39

摘要 石蒜碱是传统药用植物石蒜中含量较高的生物碱成分。生物活性研究表明,石蒜碱及其衍生物具有抗炎、抗病毒、抗疟疾、抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶、保护心血管以及诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡等多种作用。综述了石蒜碱及其衍生物的药理作用研究概况,并就开发石蒜碱及其衍生物提出了建议。 Ab Lycorine is a kind of alkaloid constituent which is highly-contained in plant medicine Lycoris radiata. Phar- macological effects research has revealed that lycorine and its derivatives have many pharmacological effects, such as anti-inflammation,antivirus,anti-malarial, heart-blood system protection and tumor cell killing. An overview of the phar- macological effects of lycorine and its derivatives is given, and advice for further research of lycorine and its derivatives is suggested.
