摘要
对金属板条波导激光器的传输模式进行了理论分析,得出板条波导腔中本征模的场分布规律。该板条波导的结构尺寸:宽度a=20 mm,高度b=2 mm,即a>>b,因此在波导宽度(x方向)上的损耗远远大于在波导高度(y方向)上的损耗,并且在波导高度的方向上形成电场沿y方向、磁场沿x方向振动的混合模EyHxmn,即电场偏振方向沿y方向,磁场偏振方向沿x方向。
The theory analysis of the propagation modes in metal waveguide C02 lasers has been made. The electromag- netic field distribution has been educed. The size of the slab waveguide is a = 20 mm in width and b = 2 mm in length, and a 〉 〉 b, so the loss in width outclasses the loss in height. Then the mixed mode Er/-Fm, is a form along wavegnide height in which electric field of y and magnetic field of x, namely the electric field polarization is along y, and the magnetic field polarization is along x.
