摘要
目的:探讨灯盏花素抑制角叉菜胶诱导小鼠尾部血栓形成的作用。方法:角叉菜胶皮下注射诱发小鼠尾部血栓形成。小鼠注射角叉菜胶前给予不同剂量的灯盏花素,分别观察注射角叉菜胶后24h、48h和72h小鼠黑尾发生率和黑尾长度,检测注射角叉菜胶后72h的凝血时间。结果:灯盏花素可降低角叉菜胶致小鼠黑尾发生率,但差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。灯盏花素三个剂量均可降低角叉菜胶致小鼠黑尾长度和凝血时间,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:灯盏花素可抑制角叉菜胶致小鼠尾部血栓形成。
Objective:To study the inhibitory effects of breviscapine on thrombopoiesis of mouse tail induced by carrageenin.Methods:Thrombopoiesis was induced at mouse tail by subcutaneous injection of carrageenin. The mice were administrated breviscapine in different dose before injecting carrageenin.The black tail occurrence, black tail length of mice were respectively detected 24h,48h and 72h after injecting carrageenin; the clotting time of mice 72h after injecting carrageenin was measured.Results:Breviscapine in each dose could decrease the black tail occurrence,but there had no obivous difference (P〉0.05). Breviscapine in each dose could obviously decrease the black tail length and clotting time (P〈0.01).Conclusions:Breviscapine can inhibit thrombopoiesis at mice tail induced by carrageenin.
