55例成人麻疹临床特点分析

Clinical Analysis of 55 Adult Patients with Measles

目的分析、总结成人麻疹的临床特点,探讨其发病原因及预防措施。方法回顾性分析55例成人麻疹的临床资料与发病原因。结果成人麻疹热度高,全身中毒症状重;消化道症状相对明显;出疹、退疹慢;皮疹多,形态多;并发症较多。未患过麻疹或体内麻疹抗体量不足是成人麻疹发病的主要原因。结论由于成人麻疹发病的多样性与不典型性,其在临床上的诊治和预防应受到重视。

Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical characteristic of adult measles,investigate its cause and protective measures. Methods The clinical data and cause of disease in 55 adult patients with measles were retrospectively analyzed. Results Adult measles has the characteristics as foUows：high temperature, severe systemic toxic responses, more obviouse symptoms of digestive tract, late eruption and retreat rashes, multiple appearance, more complications. The main reason of pathogenesis in adult measles is that the patients are uninfected or don ＇ t have sufficiency of measles antibody in vivo. Conclusion The clinical diagnosis and therapy and precaution of adult measles should be paid more attention because of its pathogenetic diversity and atypism.
