The Reasons of Increased Rate about Uterine-incision Delivery During Past Ten Years and the Measures

目的分析10年剖宫产率升高的原因及探讨其降低的措施。方法对10年剖宫产患者资料进行分析,对剖宫产率变化进行回顾性分析。结果剖宫产率近年逐步上升,其主要原因包括社会因素、胎儿宫内窘迫以及巨大儿等。结论应该从社会因素和医疗行为两方面降低剖宫产率。

Objective To analyse the reasons of increased rate about uterine - incision delivery during past ten years and to study the measures to decrease the rate. Methods The data of uterine - incision delivery patients were analyzed. The diversity of the rate about uterine - incision delivery was studied retrospectively. Results The main reasons include social factors, fetal distress in uterus, large infant and so on. Conclusion The rate about uterine - incision should be decreased through two aspects including the social factors and the medical treatment.
