摘要
以玉林地区近４０年来大面积多种水稻节水技术开发的实践为基础，提出要解决的２个问题，导出４个理论公式和３组５个量化实用公式，以及长期稳定此技术的３个措施。
Based on practice of developing of saving water to irrigate rice!in large area of Yulin prefeture nearly 40 years,the authors point out two problems to solve ,derive four theory formula and put three series of five quantified practical formulas and three countermeasure for this technique stabilizing long term.
