Leak Detectors Development for Hollow Containers Based on PLC

以实际项目为背景,研制了中空容器检漏仪。提出利用可编程控制器(PLC)、人机界面(文本显示器)来实现检漏仪对中空容器的自动检测。该系统能够根据需要调节充气压力、充气时间、检测时间等物理量,从而减少了测量时间,提高了测量精度。应用表明,该方法控制方便,界面友好。

The development of leakage detectors for hollow containers was based on the actual project item, and brought in a method which uses PLC, touch screen to automatically detect the hollow container with the leak detector. The system can regulate the physical parameters such as air pressure, aerating time and testing time, in request thereby reducing the measurement time and improving the measurement accuracy. This application expatiated the method is convenient in control and user-friendly.
