摘要
以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基础聚合物(基胶),经特殊表面处理的气相法白炭黑为补强填料,制备了高强度室温硫化有机硅密封剂;比较了基胶的结构、抗氧剂的种类、硫化体系对有机硅密封剂耐热性能的影响。结果表明,使用107硅橡胶为基胶,配以脱氢型硫化体系能配制高强度有机硅密封剂;密封剂的拉伸强度、伸长率和180°剥离强度分别达到7.0MPa、550%和8.8kN/m以上,可以作为电器灌封料和密封剂使用;密封剂的耐热空气老化性能优异,合适的抗氧剂是801种子胶和Fe2O3,制得的密封剂分别为白色和红色。
The high -strength RTV silicone sealant was prepared with α,ω- -dihydroxy polyorganosiloxane , as basic polymer, fumed silica as reinforcing fillers, and a custom made curing agent. The effects of structure of the base silicone rubber, antioxidant, and curing agents on the heat - resistant property of silicone sealant was discussed. The tensile modulus, the tearing strength and the heat - resistant property of the high - strength RTV silicone sealant were studied. The results showed that using 107 silicone rubber as base rubber and dehydrogenation curing systems could produce high -strength silicone sealant. The tensile strength, elongation, and 180° peel strength of sealant reached to 7.0MPa, 550% and 8.8 kN/m and above. It could be used as electrical potting and sealant; it air heat aging performance was excellent. The suitable antioxidants are 801 seed gum and Fe2O3, producing white and red sealants respectively.
