摘要
以γ-氯丙烯与二甲基氯硅烷为原料,在铂催化下合成γ-氯丙基二甲基氯硅烷。考察了反应温度、催化剂用量及反应物配比等对反应的影响。合成γ-氯丙基二甲基氯硅烷的最佳条件是:铂催化剂的用量1.6×10-5mol,反应温度70℃,γ-氯丙烯与二甲基氯硅烷的量之比为1.2∶1,目标产物的收率达71.6%。
The γ -chloropropyldimethylchlorosilane was prepared with γ -dichloropropene and allyl chloride by platinum catalyst. The influence of reaction conditions such as the reaction temperature, amounts of catalyst and the ratio of reactants on yield were studied. The optimum conditions for preparing chloropropyldimethylchlorosilane were established. The optimal synthesis conditions of γ- chloropropyldimethylchlorosilane were the amount of platinum catalyst of 1.6 × 10^-5mol, reaction temperature at 70 ℃, the mol ratio of γ -dichloropropene and dimethytchlorosilane of 1.2:1. The target product yield was 71.6%.
