甘草流浸膏抗真菌作用的实验室研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:深入探讨在实验条件下甘草流浸膏对各种真菌的作用效果。方法:按照中国药典法制备甘草流浸膏,采用培养基法,对甘草流浸膏进行不同浓度的稀释,在不同浓度的甘草流浸膏培养基中,接种新型隐球菌、白色念珠菌、石膏样小抱子菌、红色毛癣菌、许兰氏毛癣菌、断发毛癣菌、絮状毛癣菌、申克孢子丝菌,置28℃~30℃培养1周,观测结果。结果:单细胞真菌在不同浓度的甘草流浸膏培养基中都生长,而且有随着浓度增高生长旺盛的现象;多细胞真菌在高浓度的甘草流浸膏培养基中不生长,在低浓度中开始生长,并有逐渐生长旺盛的趋势。结论:甘草流浸膏对多细胞真菌有杀菌作用。 Objective: To probe the effect caused by extractum gycyrrhizae liquidum to each kind of eumycete under laboratory situation. Methods:Prepare the extractum gycyrrhizae liquidum according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Dilute the extractum gycyrrhizae liquidum into different density with medium approach. Inoculate Cryptococcus histolyticus, white candida, M. gypseum, Trichophyton tonsurans, Aehorion schoeleini, Trichophyton rubrum,Sporotrichum schenckii and E.floccosum into the medium of extractum gycyrrhizae liquidum of different density, place them under the temperature of 28 to 30 centigrade for one week, and then observe the results. Results:Unicellular eumycetes can grow in the medium of extractum gycyrrhizae liquidum with different density,and get more eugenic with the increase of density. Muhicellular eumycetes don' t grow in high density, but grow more eugenic with the reduce of density. Conclusion : Extractum gycyrrhizae liquidum could kill multicellular eumyeetes while has no effect to unicellular eumycetes under laboratory environment.
