摘要 PS21564模块为集驱动电路、短路、欠压、过热等保护电路于一体的,第五代低功耗智能型功率模块(IPM)。变频调速系统以IPM为功率电路的核心,DSP为控制电路的主要部件,采用空间矢量控制算法,实现了磁链与转矩的解耦控制。充分利用DSP丰富的外设和强大的运算能力,实时地完成了坐标变换、电流闭环和速度闭环的控制。介绍了与上位机通信的硬件设计和相应的程序代码,实验结果表明,该交流变频调速控制系统的静、动态性能可与直流调速系统相媲美。 PS21564 is a low-loss 5^th generation intelligent power module (IPM), in which there are drive circuits with short circuit protection, under-voltage protection and over-heat protection etc. IPM was the core of the power circuit while DSP was CPU of the variable frequency control system. Space vector control algorithm was adopted to realize flux and torque decoupling. Many peripherals as well as the strong capability of operation of DSP was fully used to achieve coordinate conversion, closed-loop current and velocity control in real time. Introduction was made to the hardware and its corresponding software used to communicate with PC. The experiment shows that this AC variable frequency control system is as good as DC variable velocity control system in static and dynamic performance.
