摘要
基于可编程控制器(PLC)和交流变频调速技术把普通车床改造成深孔加工机床,设计了能实现自主切削的高性能机床电气控制系统,系统主要由PLC、变频器、触摸屏、步进电机及其配套的驱动器组成。实际应用表明,该系统不仅降低了加工成本,而且提高了深孔加工的效率和精度,加工质量也更为稳定。
To rebuild normal turner into machine tool of deep-hole machining based on programmable logic controller (PLC) and AC frequency control technology, electrical control system of high performance machine tool was designed, which could realize self-turning. The system mainly consisted of PLC, inverter, touch screen, step motor and its matching drivers. Actual applications show that this system has not only reduced machining cost, but also improved deep hole machining efficiency and accuracy, and machining quality is more stable.
