摘要
通过增设小低变、放大合成塔冷气调节阀、实施弛放气氢回收冷箱爆破吹扫,从而降低变换系统出口一氧化碳含量、提高合成塔第二床层冷激气量、提高冷箱回收氢效率,以此改善和优化合成氨装置运行条件,提高氨合成转化率,降低装置能耗。
Install small low temperature shift, increase the opening of converter cold gas control valve, and execute blasting purge of H2 recovery cold box of purging gas, in order to decrease exit CO content of low temperature shift system, increase the flowrate of Secondary bed quenching gas of the converter and increase H2 recovery efficiency of the cold box, to improve and optimize operating conditions of ammonia plant, increase ammonia conversion and decrease energy consumption of the plant.
