摘要
对绕固定轴旋转刚体的惯性力系向回转轴上一点O简化构成的惯性力矢和力偶矩矢进行分析,在此基础上,采取对应的工艺优化技术措施,通过机械加工手段,使工件的旋转轴与其中心惯性主轴趋于一致,以达到平衡品质等级的技术要求。同时,对工艺进行优化,以期大幅度提高生产效率,缩短生产周期,获得良好的综合经济技术效益。
Based on the analysis of inertia force vector and the moment of couple vector by simplifying the inertia force system of rigid-body rotating around the fixed axis corresponding process optimization measures by machining to point O on the rotation axis, this paper adopts method, makes the rotation axis of the work piece and its center inertia moment axis tend to be uniform in order to reach the technical requirement for the balance quality grade. Meanwhile, it optimizes the process in order to promote production efficiency greatly, shorten the production cycle and obtain the good comprehensive economic and technical benefits.
