摘要 文章概述了PCB基板的信号传输速度和传输损失相关内容,介绍了松下电工PPE树脂基覆铜板MEGTRON 6对原材料的选择,分析了MEGTRON 6的介电性能、通孔可靠性、耐CAF和眼图等性能特点。 In the paper, signal transmission speed and transmission loss of PCB base material were reviewed. Selection of raw material for MEGTRON 6 made of PPE resin from Panasonic Electric Works was introduced. At the same, performance characteristic including dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent, thought hole reliability, anti- CAF, eye diagrams of MEGTRON 6 was analyzed.
