摘要
基于对汉江雨洪规律的认识,从确保防洪设计要求、兼顾兴利效益出发,提出了丹江口水库夏秋汛过渡期防洪控制水位逐步提高的3种方案.通过对各种频率的设计洪水和实际洪水的调洪计算和水库兴利效益分析,提出了水库过渡期运用的建议方案.该方案的洪灾风险与现行方案差异不大,年均发电量却增加0.45亿kW·h.
To mitigate the conflict among the competing objectives of the reservoir operation,such as flood control,hydroelectric energy production,water supply…etc., the reservoir operation strategies of the Danjiangkou Reservoir in transition period between summer and autumn flood season are developed,based on the regularity of precipitation and flood in the Hanjiang Basin.The risk benefits analysis is made for all possible operation strategies,and a better operation strategy is suggested that results in significant improvement over the present operating strategy.
