All the hydropower stations have to face a serious problem of block when the radial working gates go up or down. The paper mainly presents the primary control theory of radial water gate’s running in hydropower stations,and FX2 programmable controller. It discribes the primary theory of slave master co control in normal condition and intelligent recover in block condition.
