On Law Protection of China's Citizens Sports Rights

体育权利是公民依法享有的一项重要权利,近年来随着我国经济社会的发展以及法律制度的逐步健全,公民的这一权利已得到了初步的实现和保障。然而相对于国际人权公约的条款规定以及人民群众日益增长的对体育权利保护的需求而言,我们还有待于进一步完善体育法律保障体系,以确保公民体育权利的充分实现。

Citizens sports rights, an important right by the law, is preliminarily realized and guaranteed with social development and grad.Ally perfect law system in China. However, its full realization will rely on further improvement of law guarantee system of sports according to clauses of International Human Rights Convention and people＇s increasing demand for sports rights safeguard.
