后加矿增浓溶出技术产业化运行

摘要 进口三水铝石型铝土矿具有良好的溶出的性能,其溶出温度低,溶液平衡Rp高,应用后加矿增浓溶出技术,对现有一水硬铝石铝土矿拜耳法生产中的经济技术指标能起到非常显著的整合优化作用。本论文着重从后加矿增浓溶出技术产业化运行的过程优化以及从运行情况推算其各项消耗指标,充分证明了后加矿增浓溶出技术的先进性和广阔应用前景。 Since the imported gibbsite bauxite has a good digestion ability, the digestion temperature is lower and slurry balance Rp is higher. Back feeding bauxite digestion technology to increase concentration in Bayer - Process with existing diaspore bauxite can optimize and reform economic and technical index obviously. The paper fully approves that digestion technology of back feeding bauxite to increase concentration is a advanced technology and it has a vast applying foreground through calculated varies consumption index the industrial optimizing operating process and operating situation.
