摘要 针对石油焦粉焦(直径在1mm以下)含量相对增多,给铝用阳极生产和质量性能等方面均带来不利影响,本文从粉焦的来源、危害及生产中的检测入手,进行了试验、分析和总结,并提出了对粉焦的处理方法,有利于推动炭素制造业对石油焦粉焦的重视和改进,促进预焙阳极质量的提高。 The increased contents of fine petroleum coke(d〈1mm) has negative impact on anode production and anode quality significantly. The tests, analysis and conclusions were made concerning the source, negative impact of fine coke in this paper, and some countermeasures for fine coke were also made in this paper which is conductive to promoting anode producers' attention to fine coke, and to quality improvement of pre- baked anode.
