摘要
对钛卤盐热裂解法生产高纯铁的工艺条件进行了研究。通过正交实验分析,我们得出了铁卤盐热裂解法生产高纯钛的最佳工艺条件:当卤化剂用量在500g左右,基底截面直径为6mm,低温区(卤化源区)和高温区(热裂解区)温度分别控制在500℃左右和1100℃~1200℃之间时,所得产品经电子束熔炼后,纯度可以达到4N8。
This paper analyzed the process of purifying titanium by thermal decomposition of titanium iodides. The optimum technology conditions was obtained by orthogonal experiments . Result: under the condition that the dosing of halogen is 500g or so , the diameter of floor is 6mm, the temperature of source area and decomposition area is 500℃ or so and 1100 - 1200℃ respectively, the purity of production can be 4N8 by EB fusion.
