摘要
提出了一种使用单片机对半导体制冷器(TEC)进行高精度温度控制的方法。通过单片机采集TEC的温度,经过PID运算,发出控制脉冲,由可编程逻辑器件生成H桥的控制波形。通过对电流方向和导通时间的控制,达到对温度控制的目的。
The way that high density temperature control impacted on TEC by MCU application. TEC temperature is collected and accumulated by MCU usage, so as to produce control impulse after PID ealculation. Then, H-bridge control waveform generated by CPLD. Finally good control of temperature owed to effect control of current direction and circulation time.
