摘要
主要研究了晶粒度显示方法对18CrMnB渗碳齿轮钢奥氏体晶粒度测定结果的影响。研究结果表明:用渗碳法和晶粒边界腐蚀法测定其晶粒度差别很大;由于用渗碳法显示晶粒比较接近渗碳钢实际热处理条件,故对渗碳钢宜采用渗碳法测定晶粒度。
The effect of display methods on the results of grain size of 18CrMnB carburized gear steel are investigated in this paper. The results show that determination of austenite grain size with carburization method and grain boundary etching method are quite different. The carburization method is very approximate to the actual heat treatment condition, and it is fit for carburized steel.
