教育质量的保障机制

摘要 教育质量不仅直接取决于课堂上教师与学生的互动过程,而且取决于全面、综合,有效的课堂教学质量保障机制。软件和硬件缺一不可,教师队伍建设,教学质量评价体系,教师的能动性和学生主动性,多样化的和科学的考试考核方式是其内涵。
