摘要
本文研究硒(Se)对三裂叶野葛毛状根生长及抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,低浓度亚硒酸钠(0~0.5 mg/L)可促进毛状根生长及异黄酮的生物合成,而高浓度亚硒酸钠抑制其生长和异黄酮的积累,且浓度愈高抑制作用愈强。此外,硒可促进可溶性蛋白的生物合成,亚硒酸钠浓度愈高促进作用愈明显;硒还可降低毛状根中SOD活性,提高POD活性,降低MDA含量。说明硒对三裂叶野葛毛状根生长和抗氧化酶活性有重要的调节作用。
Effects of selenium (Se) on the growth and anti-oxidative enzyme activities of Pueraria phaseoloides hairy roots were investigated. The results showed that low concentration of Se (0-0.5 mg/L) promoted the growth and isoflavones biosynthesis of hairy roots, and high concentration of Se inhibited the growth and isoflavones accumulation, and the inhibition effects increased with the concentration of Se. In addition, Se also promoted the biosynthesis of soluble protein, and the effects increased with the concentration of. Meanwhile, Se decreased the activity of SOD and content of MDA, enhanced the activity of POD. It was suggested that Se play an important regulative role in the growth and antioxidant enzyme activities of P. phaseoloides hairy roots.
