摘要
通过对一台K-320-23.5-4型原苏联ΧГΤЗ制造的320MW超临界汽轮机高压通流部分的检查,主要几何尺寸的测量和逐级详细热力计算,分析了该机型设计上高压缸效率低的一些原因,其中主要的是作为超临界机组的参数与容量之间不匹配,参数高而选择容量小。
Abstract For a K-320-23.5-4 type supercritical pressure turbine made in former Soviet Union, inspection and geometric measurement of its HP part's steam flow path with stage by stage thermodynamic calculation reveal the causes of low effieiency of HP part, dismatching of the steam conditions (supercritical pressure) to the capacity of HP part, i.e. steam condition are too high for the selected capacity.
