新形势下两岸高等技职教育合作契机

Cooperation Oppurtinity for Higher Technical Education on Both Sides of Taiwan Straight Under the New Situation

自1987年11月台湾开放人民赴大陆探亲以后,两岸交流逐渐扩大。更由于大陆改革开放成功,经济发展快速,政治社会更加开放,加上在2008年台湾大选之后,大幅调整大陆政策,形成两岸政治的新形势,也孕育了两岸高等技术职业教育合作新契机。台湾技职教育发展较早,多年来努力的经验,恰可以提供大陆高等技职教育专家参考。另一方面,由于社会环境变化,少子化、老人化、产业国际化及其他经济环境变迁等影响,台湾高等技职教育的经营受到相当程度的挑战。本文探讨在两岸新形势下,高等技职教育合作的契机,及台湾高等技职教育接受大陆学生赴台就学的准备。

Ever since Taiwan＇s permission of its citizens to visit China's Mainland in 1989, the communication between the two sides on the Taiwan Straight hass been greatly improved. Because of the successful reform and opening to the outside world in China, Chinese economy has been developing rapidly and its political society has become even more open to the outside world. Besides, after 2008 presidential election in Taiwan, Taiwan＇ s policies toward China's Mainland has been greatly changed, thus formulating a new situation on both sides and a new cooperation opportunity for higher technical education on both sides. Taiwan, with its earlier development of technical education and its experience accumulated in the past, can provide reference to experts in this field in China's Mainland. On the other hand, the management of Taiwan technical education has been greatly challenged by the change of social environment. Cooperation possiblities in technical education on both sides has been explored in this paper, and it also shows the preparation that has been done in Taiwan for accepting students from China's Mainland to continue their technical education in Taiwan.
