区域科技发展水平的评价与研究——以福建省为例

Evaluation and study of the regional technology development level——Fujian Province as an example

科学技术被誉为经济增长的"引擎"。针对秩和比法在评价区域科技发展水平时存在的不足,在确立区域科技发展水平综合评价指标体系的基础上,运用因子分析法对指标体系进行降维处理,并以福建省为例,对区域内九地市的科技发展水平进行了客观、评价,进而为政府有关部门制定科学的区域科技发展政策、实现区域经济的均衡发展、加快台湾海峡西岸建设和发展步伐提供参考。

Technology has been praised as the ＂engine＂ of the economic development. For the defects of the method of rank sum ratio in the evaluation of regional technology development level, this paper uses the method of factor analysis to reduce dimension on the basis of building a comprehensive evaluation index system. And then, this paper makes an objective evaluation of technological development level for the nine cities in Fujian Province to provide reference for the authorities to make scientific regional technological development policies, realize the balance development of the regional economy, expedite the construction step of economic zone in the west bank of Taiwan Strait.
