基于现有模式对我国农民工医疗保障问题的思考

城镇职工基本医疗保险、城镇居民医疗保险和新型农村合作医疗从制度上实现了对城乡居民的全覆盖,但现实中农民工却成为医保制度的"空白点"。近年来学界对农民工医疗保障问题进行了深入的探讨并取得了丰硕的成果,为妥善解决农民工的医疗保障问题,提高我国劳动者的卫生健康水平,对这些观点进行了系统的总结,简要归纳了现行农民工医疗保障的模式并对其进行分析评价,以期在该领域进行进一步研究。

Basic medical insurance of urban employees, basic medical insurance of urban residents and new rural cooperative medical scheme have achieved full - covered urban and rural residents by institutions, but migrant rural workers on medical security system is still blank in realism. The academics have extensive studies on such issues recently. In order to solve the problems of the medical security of migrant rural workers, improve the health of our manual workers, this article summarizes the point of views of specialists methodically, and condudes the two pattems of medical security, points out some issues at present and wants to make more research on this project.
