摘要
针对知识工作团队中个人绩效评价过程中存在的问题,在分析影响知识工作团队中个人绩效主要因素及其相互关系的基础上,建立了知识工作团队中个人绩效的综合评价指标体系;进而结合知识工作团队中个人绩效评价的特点,构造了相应的模糊综合评价模型。最后,通过一个应用实例说明了模型的有效性。
The determinants of individual performance in knowledge work teams and the relationship among them are analyzed, and the comprehensive valuation indicators system of individual performance in knowledge work teams is built to avoid the problems existing in the current evaluation system. And then, a model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is given by considering the characteristics of individual performance in knowledge work teams. The validity of the model is also shown by an example.
