摘要
网络在美国研究专业化和大众化时代的作用越来越重要;我国的网络功能与美国差距仍在扩大;我们应重视网络功能中几个重要政策性问题;精心组织学会、高校、研究机构等学术网站;积极扶植和推动美国问题个人网站和博客的建设。
Interact plays more and more important role in the age of specialization and popular of American research. The gap between the United States and China in the internet is still being expanded. We must pay attention to some policy issues in the internet, organize society university and institute of academic web site, actively assist and promote personal web site and blog in the American research.
