摘要
教学质量监控体系有力地保证了高校日常教学程序的正常进行,但它忽视了对教师的尊重和关爱。针对目前教学质量监控中存在的不足,提出了在监控过程中对教师施加人文关怀的若干措施。
The monitorin system for the college teaching quantity firmly assures the college teaching quantity of normal running, but it neglects to put the respect and love on the teachers. Aiming at the current shortages in the control of the college teaching quantity, the author puts forward to some measures of clinging humanities concern to the teachers in the control of the college teaching quantity.
