积极的休闲生活有助于女大学生身心健康、自我实现和道德养成。女大学生休闲生活的特点表现为二重性:"无魂"、"无味"与"有趣"、"有益"两种不同类型。避免休闲生活的消极影响,彰显其积极功能,女大学生须从道德层面把握"安分守纪、立身固本"的原则以及"努力自爱、为己求学"和"爱财惜物、澄风澈气"两条规范。

The active leisure life is helpful to the female university students＇ physical and moral integrity, self-realization and the moral＇s fosters.The female university student leisure life＇s characteristics is the duality： ＂does not have the soul＂, ＂tasteless＂ and ＂in- teresting＂, ＂beneficial＂ two different types.To avoid the negative effects of the leisure life and show its positive functions, the female college students must grasp the guideline of ＂be law-abiding maintains discipline＂ from the moral dimension as well as two stan- dards of＂the self-respect, for oneself studies diligently＂ and ＂pities the thing＂.
